Hi, Basil here!
I’m a psychiatrist and medical doctor working in the UK, with 6 years in medicine and 4 years in psychiatry.
Health and wellbeing have always been at the heart of my life. For me, looking after physical health, through fitness, nutrition, and the right supplements, is essential for mental wellbeing.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the gym (at least 5 times a week), walking in nature, or keeping up a clean, healthy diet. I also rely on supplements to support concentration, attention, and memory to aid me in staying sharp and able to study effectively!
That passion led me to create EthoResilia, an Influencer Management Agency that connects health and wellbeing influencers with brands that share the same values. For me, it’s not just about managing influencers, it’s about creating authentic partnerships that encourage healthier, happier lives.
